Manage or cancel your plan
Bought on smrtscan.app
- Click Open billing below.
- Enter the email you used at checkout. Stripe (our payment processor) emails you a one-time sign-in link.
- Open the link. You can cancel, update your card, and download every invoice there.
You'll know it worked when you see your plan and a Cancel plan button on the Stripe page.
Prefer email? Write to support@smrtscan.app from the email you bought with and say “cancel my plan”. We cancel it and confirm by email within 1 business day.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Bought in the app
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SMRTscan → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SMRTscan → Cancel.
Apple and Google handle in-app billing, so we can't cancel or refund those for you.
